Steps for Pan fried tofu

A piece of old tofu.

Mix the chopped meat meat with salt, soy sauce, egg white and shallot.

Cut the tofu into slices and brew it into the meat filling.

Wrap it in egg liquid and fry it in oil pan.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, pick up and set aside.

Put oil in the pan, stir-fry the bean paste, ginger, minced garlic, green and red pepper until fragrant, add a little water to bring to a boil.

Season the tofu with soy sauce and pepper (the bean paste is salty so there is no salt).
