Steps for Yam and carrot bone soup

Raw material: barrel bone.

Yams, carrots, ginger.

Wash the yam, peel off the outer skin, soak it in water, and cut it into hob pieces for later use

Put in half a pot of clear water, put in the washed bone, bring it to a boil over high heat, cook for 5 minutes to drain out all the blood, turn off the heat, remove the bone, and wash it.
