Korean spicy fried rice cake
After returning from traveling in South Korea, I have always wanted to make spicy fried rice cakes, but I never had time, so that the hot sauce and rice cakes prepared in advance were all shelved in the corner. It happened that I was at home this weekend and was reminded by the Korean drama on TV. Haha ~ As the saying goes, choosing a day is better than hitting the day. Since all the necessary materials are complete, let's realize this dusty little idea as soon as possible!

Since this was my first attempt and I had no experience, I feel it wasn't successful enough; however, I've summarized two lessons. First, the amount of water added shouldn't be too much, otherwise the sauce won't reduce thoroughly and won't be rich enough. Secondly, the Korean sweet chili sauce is really more sweet than spicy, so those who prefer a stronger taste should consider adding more!
