Because the materials I read recently all said that raw food is good for health, and I happened to see a book saying that chayot can be eaten raw, so I tried to mix it with a cold. It felt quite refreshing.

Wash and remove seeds for use.

Peel the chayot and cut it into pieces, and chop the peppers.

Squeeze lemon juice, add a little hot sauce and honey, mix together, sprinkle with pepper.
