1. I personally suggest adding some spices for better flavor, but because my husband doesn't like food with spices, I didn't dare to add any.
2. Sweet potato noodles easily fall apart, so do not cook the soaked noodles for too long; otherwise, you won't be able to pick them up with chopsticks, and it won't taste good.
