Steps for Sliced celery slices

Pork fillet, celery, black fungus, red pepper and carrot (a small amount).

Cut the celery obliquely into segments of fungus, and use water to spread the carrot into slices. Cut the pork loin into slices. Marinate with salt and cooking wine starch.
