Steps for Stewed tofu with blackhead fish

Wash the fish and cut the tofu into small pieces.

Add a little peanut oil to the pan and fry the fish on both sides slightly.

Start another pot, add oil, saute the onions and ginger until fragrant, and add water.

After the water is boiled, add the fried fish and tofu, simmer for about 20 minutes, add salt, chicken powder, pepper, and coriander and remove from the pan.
