Steps for stir-fried shredded pork with fragrant dried pickled mustard

Ingredients.

Wash the pickled mustard, pork and dried tofu respectively and cut them into shredded strips, and finely chopped green onions.

Add wine and dry starch to the shredded pork and mix well by hand and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the pan to cool the oil and pour in the shredded pork.

Stir fry over high heat, change color and serve out.

Remove the shredded pork for later use.

Remove from another oil pan, add in mustard and shredded shredded fragrant vegetables and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, add appropriate amount of water, sugar and salt.

Stir fry for 2 minutes, then add in the shredded pork and stir well.
