Ingredients: potatoes, peas, red pepper seasoning: 2 tsps salt, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsps orange juice, appropriate amount of water starch

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into strips as thick as a finger; remove the tendons and cut neatly; shred the red peppers.

Stick water starch on the potato strips, drop them into a 70% hot oil pan one by one, fry them until they are cooked inside and golden brown outside, remove them and drain off the oil.
