Put the marinated ribs, together with the marinated soup, onions, carrots, ginkgo, and pine nuts into a pressure cooker and gas it on high heat. Turn to low heat and simmer for another 30 minutes. You can turn off the heat and wait until the air pressure valve automatically falls. Open the lid.
