Steps for mapo tofu

Cut tofu into small pieces and place it in boiling water for 1 minute (to remove the beanish smell).

Season the meat filling with salt, cooking wine and soy sauce and mix well.

Saute the ginger, garlic, and pepper in a frying pan until fragrant, and stir fry the meat filling (I didn't pick out the pepper).

Add bean paste, bean drum and chili noodles and stir-fry into red oil.

Bring appropriate amount of water to a boil.

Tofu soaked in water.

Season with a little soy sauce and pepper with water starch and thin sauce.

Remove from the pan and plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
