Steps for Fried rice with roast pork and onion

1
Cut the roast meat into small pieces.
2
Cut the onions into grains.
3
Cut the celery leaves into pieces.
4
Pour small olive oil into the pot and stir-fry the meat first. After the meat has been stir-fried, add the onion cubes and stir-fry together. Once you smell the aroma of onions, you can serve it first.
5
Pour the olive oil into the pan, then add a little curry powder. (Because the stove is on a high fire, the curry can easily be burnt. Pour in the leftovers immediately before taking pictures)
6
After frying the rice evenly, add the soy sauce and stir fry, then add the celery leaves and stir fry together.
7
After the celery leaves are cut, add the roasted meat and onions that have just been stir-fried and stir well before turning off the heat and serving on the plate.
