Family fried noodles
Hehe, the first recipe, the photography skills were too poor, but it was finally released. The finished product is my favorite fried noodles. It is made at home. It is simple and healthy. It is made with the principle of less oil and less salt, but the taste is definitely not bad. O(④_④)O~

Steps for Family fried noodles

1
Wash the rapeseed and drain it with water.
2
Wash the mung bean sprouts and drain them (the side dishes are optional, mainly to remove greasy).
3
Sit in a pot of water and bring to the bottom (don't put it too soft, you will have to steam it later).
4
Put the cooked noodles into water (just tap water, because you need to steam them in the pan).
5
Put in the leaky blue to dry the water, add the salad oil and mix well, and steam on the pan.
6
Steam for about ten minutes, take out and let cool, put oil in a wok (not too little oil, otherwise it will stick to the pan, so don't put too much oil when steaming with oil), stir-fry the mung bean sprouts and rapeseed.
7
Pour in the noodles and continue to stir fry, add soy sauce, cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, and monosodium glutamate once, stir fry well and serve the pot O(④_④)O~.
