If you want to eat it ~ I'd better do it yourself, haha ~ I just have fresh leeks at home that can come in handy. This time, I'll use a different method to make this traditional-leek egg pancake ~

Steps for Leek egg pancakes

1
Add the flour to the bowl, add to hot water, and mix into dough. Set aside.
2
Cut the washed leeks into pieces, pour them into the eggs together with the shrimp skins, sprinkle with salt and chicken essence, and stir well.
3
Divide the dough into four equal portions (the amount used for two cakes).
4
Roll two of them evenly into pancakes.
5
Find a slightly deeper disk and place a pancake in it.
6
Pour half of the filling into the center of the cake.
7
Cover the other rolled pancake evenly and pinch it along the edges to avoid revealing the filling ~
8
Pour a little oil into a pan, and when it is 60% hot, add the cake blank.
9
Fry over medium heat until one side is colored, turn over and fry the other side. When the cake bulges and both sides are evenly colored, it will be cooked.
10
Cut it and put it on a plate and you can eat it ~
