1. Processing ingredients: Soak the almonds in water for a while (without peeling), peel the lotus root and cut them into small pieces, wash the pears and cut them into pieces (without peeling), slice the carrots, wash the persimmon and cut them into small pieces, peel the water chestnut. Cut the skin into pieces

2. Put all ingredients except honey into a casserole or soup pot and add twice as much water

3. Put the casserole on the heat and boil it over high heat. After boiling over high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes. Allow it to cool until warm, add in honey and mix well.

Remarks:

This way, drinking soup once will not be effective. It is best to drink a bowl frequently during the dry season. It is very good for relieving dryness and moisturizing the skin.
