Steps for A simple way to roast salmon

1
Wash the salmon. Shred onions. Onions are a must-have to add flavor and remove the fishy smell of seafood.
2
Spread tin foil on a baking sheet. I had a ready-made tinfoil box on hand, so I used it.
3
Spread a little butter or pour a little refined oil on tin foil.
4
To prevent the fish skin from getting on the bottom.
5
Pour in a little soy sauce. In fact, it is better to use fresh soy sauce here, but I don't have it on hand, so use soy sauce instead.
6
Spread the soy sauce evenly on the fish with your hands (if you have a small brush, you can also brush the soy sauce with a brush to make it more uniform).
7
Sprinkle with fine salt and wipe evenly with your hands.
8
Sprinkle with black pepper and wipe well with your hands.
9
Spread the chopped onion evenly over the fish.
10
Apply a layer of tinfoil to the surface. This step is important. The function of tin foil is to keep warm, and there will be no situation where "the surface is overcooked but the inside is not ripe". Preheat the oven for 2 minutes, and then feed it into the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 14 minutes (my oven uses electricity. Because a netizen asked, I guess the power of electricity and gas is different, so I will add here).
11
Prepare fresh lemons.
12
The dressing is made with Japanese mustard (the mustard is so ugly) and Japanese soy sauce (there is no Japanese soy sauce at home, so I use ordinary instead).
13
After the exam, it will be released.
14
It smells so good ~~ Serve.
15
Squeeze with lemon juice and serve.
