Because there was no ready-made minced meat at home, I switched to the ready-made Chenmapo seasoning I bought.

Steps for Chenmapo tofu

Fresh tofu bought back.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

The water in the pan comes to a boil.

Pour the cut tofu into a pan and blanch with water.

Drain the boiled tofu.

I bought back ready-made Chenmapo tofu seasoning.

Only one bag of fried tofu was used.

Chop minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion and coriander.

Add water to mix the raw flour.

Put oil in the pan.

Add a little white sugar or rock sugar and saute.

Add in minced ginger and minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then add chili powder and stir fry until fragrant, then add ready-made Chenmapo tofu seasoning and stir fry together.

There is no dried chili powder at home, so I use peppers from already made red oil instead.

Then pour in the tofu, add the soy sauce and stir fry.

Add 250 grams of soup and cook slowly over medium heat until flavor is served.

Add chicken essence, a little salt, and then thicken to prepare for the pan.
