Chop the pig's trotters and wash them, wash the ribs and chicken wings, and drain them in water.

Prepare green onion slices, ginger slices, oil consumption and two tea bags, one for star anise, licorice, fragrant leaves, and pepper, and the other for Pu 'er tea.

Pour the pork trotters and pork ribs that have been washed clean with water into the pot (no chicken wings are included) and pour water above the surface. After heating to the boil over high heat, if there is any foam, use a spoon to skim off, add the green onion, ginger slices, and two tea bags, cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
