I like to use fermented beans when cooking, especially meat and tofu. After I put them in, the dishes will have a special fermented beans flavor and be especially served with rice. I came home late today and wanted to make something faster, so I decided to make Zhajiang Noodles. I am from Beijing. I have made fried noodles many times, but I haven't tried to add fermented bean sauce. I remembered the last time I saw on the Internet that the egg sauce made by others looked very good, so I decided to scramble some more eggs and put it in to make an egg fried sauce.
