Steps for Purslane Soup Rice Noodles

Wash the picked purslane.

Soak the rice noodles in water for a while and pick them up for later use.

Heat a hot pot, pour the vegetable oil and add garlic and saute until fragrant, then add a large bowl of water to boil.
