Steps for Braised fish with winter mushrooms

Heat the pan, add the oil until it is 80% hot, fry the fish until both sides are golden yellow, remove and place on a plate. Soak the mushrooms until soft and diced.

Leave the oil in the pan and add spring onions, garlic, ginger, and pepper to stir-fry, add winter mushrooms and simmer.
