Use a spoon to place the mixed glutinous rice into an oil-free appliance prepared in advance, and use the back of the spoon to slightly compress the glutinous rice. Use chopsticks to make a small hole in the center of the compacted glutinous rice. Sprinkle the remaining liqueur on the surface.
