Scrambled egg vermicelli
Soak the vermicelli with boiling water to soften, so that it is easier to fry, but I don't agree to paste.
You can use dried or fresh peppers, or you can also use Laoganma.

    Just soak it in boiling water and make it soft.

    Beat the eggs and set aside.

    Saute chopped green onion and pepper in the pan, add in the soft vermicelli, stir fry constantly, add some soy sauce.

    Pour the beaten egg liquid on the vermicelli, pause for a while and then turn over, without too much heat.

    After turning, continue to stir-fry, sprinkle with salt and serve.
