Steps for Dry pot cabbage and vermicelli

Wash the cabbage and cut it into pieces.

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water to soften and cut into sections.

Prepare minced ginger and dried pepper sections.

Put oil in the pan and saute the minced ginger and chili strips until fragrant.

Add cabbage and stir fry for a while.

When the cabbage comes out of the water, add the vermicelli and stir fry.

Stir fry for a while, add salt and soy sauce, stir well.
