This is the shredded radish cake I made last time. The recipe is based on radish cake. In fact, I originally wanted to make radish cake, but I couldn't buy sticky rice noodles no matter how hard I tried. I had to make a counterfeit version of radish cake, but it was still as delicious.

Steps for shredded radish cake

Shred radish, marinate with salt, squeeze water, and use the squeezed water to prepare mushrooms, sausage, dried shrimp, and chopped green onion and garlic.

Add appropriate amount of flour to the juice of the radish to make a batter, add to the shredded radish, add the other ingredients, and stir well.

Add to pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
