Only use vegetables to help remove the leaves.

Cut it into thin threads.

Shred carrots and fungus, and cut coriander into sections.

Blanch the cabbage with water.

Quickly remove and cool and drain.

Blanch the carrots and fungus too well to cool.

Put the blanched vegetables on a plate, sprinkle with coriander on top, and season with white vinegar, pepper oil, sugar, and salt.
