Steps for Huaishan tea tree mushroom chicken soup

Skin the chicken, remove fat and cut into slices. (I cut off the chicken breast and used it for frying.)

Soak tea tree mushrooms in water, wash them, and cut them into small pieces.

Put the carrots and tea tree mushrooms into the soup pot and continue to cook for 2 hours.
