Ingredients:

- 1½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 tsp baking soda

- ½ tsp salt

- 1 large egg

- 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

- ½ cup vegetable oil

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- ½ cup hot water (or coffee for deeper chocolate flavor)

Instructions:

1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round or square pan.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat the egg, then stir in yogurt, oil, and vanilla.
