Ingredients: Fresh chives (500g), garlic (3 cloves, minced), cooking oil (2 tbsp), salt (½ tsp), optional add-ins like sliced pork, shrimp, or tofu.

Steps:

1. Prep: Trim the root ends of the chives and cut into 3-inch sections. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
