I've eaten dumplings for so many years, and I've had a lot of dumplings. In spring, there's a pickle shrimp because it's in the beryllow season; in the summer, there's a pickle pork dumpling because it's hot and there's a fire; in the autumn, there's a pickle pork dumpling because it's time for the bellows in the fall, it's only for this season; and in the winter, what are the dumplings in the winter? There's a mix of sour pork, cabbage pork, tomatoes, eggplants and so forth in the north, and I'd like to make dumplings with fragrance. The fragrances and the celery books are one family, each smelling good. Remember, when I was a kid, I didn't like fragrance, I thought it smelled weird, but then I made it into dumplings and found out that my favorite dumplings smelled like fragrance.
