Casserole tofu is a must-order dish that my husband and I order every time we go out for a barbecue. We like to drink the soup very much. It feels warm when it is hot, and we don't have to worry about getting fat, because wax gourd can lose weight and reduce swelling! Hehe O(④_④)O~ I also secretly learned it, bought a casserole, and started practicing it!

Steps for Casserole tofu casserole

Peel and slice the wax gourd, rinse the vermicelli, and soak it in cold water.
