Steps for Sauteed pork slices with tea tree mushroom and fungus

Slice pork belly, slice garlic, minced ginger, and cut green onion into sections.

Wash the tea tree mushrooms and tear them into filaments by hand.

Soak and wash the black fungus, and tear it into pieces by hand.

Heat the pan with oil and stir-fry the pork slices over medium to medium heat.

Stir meat slices on both sides over medium to medium and low heat, then stir-fry ginger and garlic cloves together.

Then let go of the shredded tea tree mushrooms and stir fry them together.

When the tea tree mushrooms are soft, add the fungus and fry for about 2 minutes.

Add some soy sauce, salt and chicken essence to taste in turn, and finally add the green onion and stir well.
