Steps for home-made tofu

Cut tofu into large slices.

Cut the vegetables into slices, and slice the onions, ginger and garlic.

Wash and slice pork belly.

Put oil in a flat-bottom non-stick pan and fry the tofu slices until golden brown on both sides.
