Steps for Purple rice and taro cake porridge

Prepare all ingredients as follows (1500 ml of water is almost the same as the stainless steel bowl next to it).

Wash the purple rice taro and soak the purple rice for 1-2 hours.

Add water and purple rice to the pot and bring to a boil, turn to low heat and continue to cook for 45 minutes (put washed raw taro in the steaming drawer on the pot and steam for 25 minutes).
