Steps for bibimbap

Ingredients: rice, carrots, mushroom, spinach, eggs, cooked sesame seeds (each type of dish is preferred) Seasoning: a little salt, cooking oil, Korean spicy sauce Tools: stone pot, brush

Wash the rice thoroughly, soak for 20 minutes, add appropriate amount of boiling water to steam it.

Beat the eggs, spread the eggs into a pan with appropriate oil, spread the egg mixture into a thin egg cake and shredded.

Wash the ingredients, cut the carrots and mushrooms into thin threads; cut the spinach into sections.

Apply proper amount of oil to a pan, add an egg maker, beat the eggs on low heat, and fry the eggs until set.

Place the pan on fire, add appropriate amount of water, cooking oil, and a little salt.

Boil boiling water, blanch the carrots, spinach, mushrooms, and mushroom respectively, and serve for later use.
