Delicious chicken roll

There were more than a dozen mixed wonton skins left in the wonton package, and I couldn't bear to eat them directly. I just had fried chicken last night. There was a little too much chicken, so I picked out the chicken breast and made chicken rolls this morning. Just finished it, freshly baked.

Chop the chicken breast with ginger into meat filling. Add soy sauce, salt, ginger, and salt and continue to chop for a while. There is less filling, so you don't have to dip it into the bowl and place it on the chopping board directly to mix the filling.
