Filling: 300 g fresh shrimp, 50 g pork belly, 50 g water chestnut, 50 g carrot, 50 g tender celery, crystal peel: 150 g orange powder, 50 g corn starch, 130ml boiling water seasoning: white pepper powder, salt, white sugar, chicken powder, appropriate amount

Stuffing: Wash the fresh shrimp, peel the shells and remove the shrimp lines, leave some whole, chop the rest with the back of a knife into shrimp meat; chop pork, water chestnut, carrot, and celery respectively.
