Steps for Snow-white stuffed tofu pudding

Prepare materials: -

Cut the green onion segments, coriander mushrooms, and green onions into diced pieces.

Put the green onion segments, coriander mushrooms, and diced green onion into the minced meat.

Add appropriate amount of oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder, eggs and starch and stir well.

Use a knife to split the bean pudding into two and turn the bean curd pudding inside outwards. (I prefer turning the tofu pudding this way. It tastes crispy when fried.)

Stuff the filling into the bean pudding.

It will look better if the filling is fuller.

Heat the pan with oil, put the beans into the pan, and fry until golden brown or until the tofu skin is cooked.

Put it up for use.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and saute chives. Add the protein solution, pour some water, and then add starch to collect the juice.

Pro Tip: When choosing tofu puffs, make sure to pick the puffy, square ones. Irregular shapes are harder to stuff, and it is difficult to fill them completely.
