Steps for Coconut glutinous rice paste

Mix glutinous rice flour and coconut flour with cold water and sugar and knead well.

Pour boiling water into the clear flour, blanch it until done, and then knead it into the glutinous rice dough.

Add the vegetable oil and knead it evenly into a glutinous rice ball, and divide it into 6 portions.

Shape the dough into a bowl, wrap in appropriate amount of stuffing, and steam on the cage over high heat for 10 minutes (be sure to put the steamer cloth in it, otherwise it will stick to the pan and cannot be taken off ~~)
