Smooth sailing is the wish of almost everyone around the world. In 2011, I hope everyone will have smooth sailing and come true!

This is my fourth dish in the competition. It uses very ordinary and home-cooked ingredients, lettuce and pork, and adds a small amount of dried shrimp and mushrooms to enhance the freshness of the pork.
The reason why I chose them was because I suddenly thought of the steamed patties my mother made during festivals when I was a child. New Year's Eve dinner is the warm feeling of family together.
In order to set off this home-made and special material, I carefully carved six small boats with lettuce. Each boat is full of fish and rice. I wish you all smooth sailing, smooth sailing, and return home with a full load
