Steps for stir-fried rice noodles with shredded pork and cabbage

Wash the cabbage and cut it into wide shredded silk.

Cut lean meat into thin threads and marinate with a little light soy sauce.

Soak the vermicelli in water for one hour, then cook in boiling water.

Cut garlic into slices (you can also minced) green onions, and shred dry red peppers.

Heat the oil pan and add the garlic cloves. Be sure to add the garlic first. After frying until the garlic is fragrant, add the green onions and dry red peppers and saute until fragrant.

Add shredded pork and stir-fry until done.

Add in cabbage and stir-fry until it is tender.
