Steps for stir-fried purple cabbage with vermicelli

Wash the purple cabbage and cut it into wide shreds.

Separate the fat and lean duck breast meat and shred it.

Soak the vermicelli for one hour and then cook in boiling water.

Shred, garlic, green onion, and dry red pepper.

Heat the oil pan, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add shredded green onions and shredded dry red peppers.

Add the duck breast skin and stir-fry until oil.

Add in purple cabbage and stir-fry until it is broken (it is best to use stir-fry method, purple cabbage does not easily water out).

Add the vermicelli and the thin part of the duck breast meat, stir fry for two minutes, add two drops of oyster sauce to enhance the aroma, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt, and stir fry the chicken essence evenly.
