Steps for home-made tofu

    Cut tofu into 1 cm thick slices. Slice pork. Cut carrots and pepper into diamond-shaped slices. Tear the fungus into small flowers. Slice onions, ginger and garlic for later use.

    Deep-fry tofu in 70% hot oil until golden brown. Set aside.

    Add the bean paste, add the onion, ginger and garlic slices and stir fry until the sauce is red and oily.
