Steps for Mushroom and chicken porridge

Wash and soak the rice, add water to the pot and cook for 20 minutes.

Cut the chicken breast into fine pieces and marinate with salt and cornstarch for a few minutes.

Chop mushrooms, lettuce and chives into fine pieces.
