I had too much food the night before, and I didn't finish many of them. There were still some fish, shrimp, squid, and rice. Pour away the waste, and at noon, I will have some leftovers to use-seafood fried rice, hehe. Look, there is still a cucumber in the refrigerator. Eat it alone. That's enough.

Steps for seafood fried rice

Prepare the rice.

Peel the shrimp and cut it into sections, remove the fish and meat, cut the squid into small pieces, dice the cucumber, and prepare the ginger and onions.

Heat the pan, pour in the olive oil, saute the ginger and onion until fragrant, add the cucumber and stir-fry until 80% done.

Pour the seafood into the pan and stir-fry, season with salt and pepper.

Pour the rice into the pan.
