Taro tofu and shrimp soup

Steps for Taro tofu and shrimp soup

Cut tofu into small pieces and boil in boiling water. Remove.

Peel the taro and cut it into small pieces, defrost and wash the prawns for later use.

Pour the prawns in a wok into the oil, add some cooking wine, stir fry until color changes and serve.

Add boiling water to the casserole and pour in the stir-fried prawns, taro pieces, and onions and ginger. Bring to the heat over medium and low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Skim off the floating powder when cooking.

Add the tofu and cook for 5 minutes.

Finally add salt, pepper, chicken essence, sesame oil, season and turn off the heat.
