Steamed loofah with Cordyceps flowers

- loofah 250g
- the Cordyceps militaris 5g
- scallops 5g
- garlic a little
- Qi Zi a little
- abalone juice appropriate amount
- salt appropriate amount
Steps for Steamed loofah with Cordyceps flowers

Required materials.

Cut the loofah into small pieces and place on a plate.

Soak the scallops in water and stir well with salt and garlic.

Place the stirred ingredients on the loofah section and drain under water for 5 minutes.

Put the remaining yasao pillars and minced garlic in the pan and saute until fragrant.

Splash some water, add the Cordyceps flowers and cook for a while.

Add some abalone juice and the sauce is ready.

According to your personal preference, you can dip the sauce a little and pour the sauce on top of the loofah; or pour the cooked sauce on it and steam for another minute! I chose the latter.
