Stewed cod with tofu

Steps for Stewed cod with tofu

Wash and cut the cod into slices, cut the tofu into slices, and slice the onions, ginger and garlic.

Boil the tofu in boiling water and remove.

Pour the oil in a frying pan and add the cod pieces.

Pan-fry over medium to medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Wash the frying pan and add some oil, add pepper, fry it over low heat to create a fragrance, and remove the pepper.

Add green onions, ginger and garlic slices and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the fried cod.

Add soy sauce and sugar.
