This dish is braised pork with dried plums and vegetables from my vegetarian dish series. Hehe, there is less oil and steamed food. A very delicious dish ~
Tofu is a good nutrient. It is rich in soybean fiber, fat, carbohydrates and protein.
Lotus root is rich in various trace elements and crude fiber, which helps to lose weight ~
This dish is absolutely original. If there is any similarity, it is purely accidental. HOHO~~~~

Steps for braised pork with dried plum vegetables

1
First cut the tofu into slices 4 cm wide, 6 cm long, and 0.5 cm thick. Put in oil pan and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
2
Cut lotus root into slices 0.5 cm wide and thick for use.
3
Spread a layer of cooking oil in the bowl, and place the tofu and lotus root slices in the bowl as shown.
4
Wash the dried plum vegetables twice to wash off the sand. Spread it on tofu and lotus root slices.
5
Cut the onions into oblique sections about 1 cm, slice the ginger, break the cinnamon into small sections and spread them evenly on the dried plum vegetables. If the mouth is heavy, you can sprinkle with a little salt. I don't recommend sprinkling salt because the dried plum vegetables are very salty.
6
Make a steamer, steam it, put it in the steamer for 40 minutes. After taking it out, place it on the plate, then make a wok, heat the pan to cool the oil, use the oil and abalone juice to make a vegetable sauce, and then put it on the steamed "meat" and you're done.
