Braised barracuda in soy sauce

Barracuda is rich in protein, fatty acids, B vitamins, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, selenium and other nutrients. The meat is tender and delicious. Especially before the winter solstice, the Barracuda is the most plump, with plump belly and back, especially fat.
